I have been working as the CEO of this company for a year now. Before that I was the Client Relations Director.
Nowadays I concentrate more on the business side of the company rather than the operational side. However, my partners have asked me to take on the plans again. So if you’re lucky, I could be your financial planner.
For this month, the number of outstanding plan under my watch is… 7! Not very impressive, considering my Planning Director is probably working on 30 per month 
. But it is a big task to fulfill.
Today I met 3 of these clients. It’s been awhile since I actually work on an actual Plan. And I just remember what I love doing….
Working on a Plan gives me sense of responsibility. I get to understand what the clients need, I get to understand what the clients expect out of their money, I get to assist them in achieving their goals.
The best feeling is when you have a discussion on a Plan for an hour and the client comes out of the room looking very happy, having peace of mind that they know they have a real Plan going on and we are taking care of things properly.
Alrighty… so from now on I will challenge myself to work on more Plans. Not just to help the Planning Director out of her load, not just to get the money, but also to remind myself of what I love doing… working on a Plan.
