I loved my old jobs, as a customer service offer in a foreign bank, as a media planner handling big
brands at a multinational advertising agency, as a full time house wife walking my kids to the park, as a lecturer for super curious 19-20 year old students.
My old jobs have given me so much in life. I have learnt how to handle clients, how to sell financial products, how to present a full marketing plan, how to handle psychotic account directors (Mbak Dian & Mbak Asti, I absolutely adore you haha), how to negotiate with my crazy and super tough banker boss (yes Joel, you are one of those who shaped me into the person I am today hehe), how not to yell at people (read : my kids), how to still smile when blood was gushing out of my son’s chin when he fell down the slide, how to teach my students about so many things you can learn at university and from your everyday experiences.
But… I think this time, I have found my beef!
This business in financial planning is what I want to do for the rest of my life.
It’s like finding love and fall all over again.
That’s how extreme I love my job.
It started when my husband and I, read Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2000. I’m not a big fan of Kiyosaki. But I think his book was a major turning point for me. I didn’t realize this but it took us to long to finally have my own little company… 7 years!
What I’m saying is…. START NOW!
Don’t put it off too long.

I started with me thinking of how I can apply all these knowledge and skills gained as customer service officer of a bank, a media planner for big brands and a mum always thinking about wanting to improve her family financial condition.
And the answer was crystal clear: financial planning!

Jangan cerita-in idenya ke gue ya J heheh ntar gue pake lagi idenya… tapi langsung aja start bisnisnya. Yang lo boleh update ke gue di [email protected] adalah perkembangan bisnisnya! Which I really hope you can enjoy doing as much as I enjoy working up my cute little company. Rekomendasi pasti gak gratis hehehe tapi kalo ngobrol doing sih gak ada biaya kok… cuma lamaaaa deh balesnya… karena ngantri.
